Thermal oil heaters

Hot water heaters

We design and manufacture direct fired heaters for hot water with capacity from 150 to 20.000 kW.

Superheated water heaters

Various options are available such as one or more circulation pumps connected to the heater, burners for various fuels, economizers, combustion air preheaters, horizontal and vertical configurations.

Systems for cogenerations

All generators that are part of cogeneration plants are designed, tested, built according to the latest regulations and can be certified according to PED, ASME, naval or other standards depending country rules.

Heat recovery heaters and boilers

Our recuperations use exhaust fumes from motors, electric generators, ovens, incinerators and other industrial processes and transfer heat to a secondary fluid, which can be steam, water, diathermic oil.

Water tube boilers

Since work conditions can be significantly variable in terms of pressure, temperature, flow rate, fuel or heat source, these devices are typically tailor-made for specific applications.

We design and manufacture various types of complement accessories for steam, water and thermal oil.

Accessories for water treatment

The quality of feed water is of great importance for the smooth operation and duration of the steam generators and for this reason we provide the equipment needed for this purpose.

Biomass Boilers

The definition of “biomass boilers” refers to all boilers and plants powered by fuels of organic origin: industrial and urban waste of plant or animal origin which can no longer be used, but which can be transformed into electricity and heat.

According to the directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament, biomass means “the biodegradable fraction of products, waste and residues from biological origin from agriculture (including vegetal and animal substances), forestry and related industries including fisheries and aquaculture, as well as the biodegradable fraction of industrial and municipal waste”.

The biomasses, and fuels that derive from them, represent a source of renewable energy because the carbon dioxide emitted during the combustion process is more or less the same as the one which the plants absorb during their life and release after their natural death. Therefore, the combustion of biomass does not lead to an increase of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, main cause of the greenhouse effect, but rather it represents an additional benefit to the environment because of the biodegradability of the substances that are burned.

Starting from the specific needs of our customers, we design and manufacture industrial boilers, for heat production, for the most varied product sectors, such as food, chemical, petrochemical, paper, pharmaceutical, etc. We also offer customized solutions for hotels, laundries, hospitals, clinics, schools and municipal companies. Heat can be transmitted through different types of media, such as steam, diathermic oil, hot water or overheated water. All generators are designed, tested, built on the basis of the latest standards and can be certified according to PED, ASME, marine or other regulations depending on the country of installation.

Industrial boilers that generate medium and low-pressure steam can be used for heating, sterilization, cooking, washing and much more. Furthermore, superheated steam at high pressure can be put at the service of power generation plants. Many companies use these boilers to produce plastic products, bricks, tinctures, metals and more. Our range covers saturated and overheated steam boilers, low, medium and high pressure; we can also supply all the auxiliary equipment that complete the system such as condensate tanks, dearators, manifolds, control systems, etc. Our technical service is available to help the customer in all phases of the construction of the plant, from the choice of the most appropriate type up to the commissioning and operation of the plant.

Where the application requires higher temperatures, diathermic oil can be used. It is in fact a fluid that remains stable, in liquid phase, up to temperatures above 300 ° C and can be easily pumped to transfer the heat where required. Svecom-PE produces boilers for heating the diathermic oil and provides the equipment and the know-how necessary to create a system in a workmanlike manner. We also produce skid and pre-assembled systems, installations in containers and turnkey plants. Hot water is widely used for civilian heating. Also in this area, Svecom PE is the ideal partner both for the supply of the single generator and for the construction of the entire plant. The boilers of our production generate or transfer thermal energy from different types of sources, for
example through direct combustion, use of electricity or recovery of heat from combustion products from external processes that still contain exploitable energy. We design and build suitable generators for burners all traditional fossil fuels, in gaseous, liquid and solid form. Furthermore, our technical department, in collaboration with the most qualified external partners, is able to evaluate and develop ad hoc solutions for the combustion of different types of substances, such as biogas, processing waste or waste materials.

We consider energy saving and respect for the environment to be of primary importance and, for this reason, we design and build heat recovery units suitable for a wide range of applications. Each recovery
unit is designed and made properly for the specific application; it is possible to obtain energy from combustion products coming from engines, furnaces and many other equipment.

In addition, complete cogeneration and trigeneration plants are produced for the simultaneous production of electricity, heat and, if necessary, cooling.

Electronics and new technologies are held in high regard and for each type of application supervision systems, local and remote control and interfaces with external networks can be installed. We can also offer remote control assistance systems, in order to offer the customer a fast and effective service. Finally, the after-sales service is always active in supplying the customer with spare parts and quick solutions, in order to guarantee the operation of the plants in all conditions.
