HOW OUR TST WORKS
The Heliex Power Twin Screw Turbine harnesses the power of saturated process steam and generates low-cost electricity via our patented steam screw expander technology. You then decide if you want to reuse the electricity onsite or sell it back to the grid.
If you are using steam for your production process and your boiler capacity is more than 1.5 Ton with maximum pressure 10-12 Bar or Kgs. Then Classic Industrial Service BD. giving you a fantastic offer. You can produce power by your existing steam system. You just need to install Twin screw Turbine machine in your steam line.
Currently you are using steam like bellow Boiler-Steam Header-Process/Production machine-condensate
But If we want to use the Twin screw Turbine machine then only install the machine as bellow
There is not interruption in your current steam system. Just we will produced High pressure Steam and send to Twin screw Turbine machine inlet after power produced the machine will deliver the steam as per your process requirement. Like 7 kg/6kg/5kg/4kg/3kgs. There is no Major loss.
So you are getting free energy and reduction Carbon for your sustainability.
- For Captive Power generation without steam user.
Currently if you are not using steam in your production process but you produced power by Generator. You have also great news from us. Then Classic Industrial Service BD has giving you a fantastic offer. You can produce power by your Generator exhaust gas. This will be co-generation in your existing power plant. You just need to install Waste heat recovery Boiler (WHRB) and Twin screw Turbine machine in your plant. It is not a big work.
