SILICA SCALE REMOVER HEAVY CHEMICAL
Scaling in boilers is caused by deposits or precipitates of undissolved particulates present in water, directly affecting in heat transfer mechanism.
We have supplied Indian Chemtex’s Silica Scale Removal is a unique descaling compound based on strong alkali, wetting agent and silica scale penetrant for removing of silica deposits and organic foulants from the water side of boiler, heat exchangers etc. boiler descaling chemicals which helps break down up of existing scale, safeguarding water heater, pipes, shower heads, and appliances without the expense and hassle of salt of extensive range of chemicals used in traditional hard water systems. Also we are suppling Unitor brand, Drew marine brand and Nallfleet brand chemicals.

Application and Dosage:
Chemtex’s Silica Scale Removal is an offline descalant and should be used at 5-10% w/w solution in preheated water (preferably) at 70-80oC. The descalant solution may be boiled in the boiler until scale is removed.
Handling measures and precautions:
Proper human safety products such as Splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected. Storage:
This product should be stored in original containers in cool and dry place, away from sources of heat, flame and direct sunlight. Please refer Technical Data Sheet, Label and MSDS for more details and shelf life.
