The Project Details. 

1st we have stop operation and removed oil and thermal oil coil then start fabrication work as bellow step.

1.  Remove all damaged insulation and damaged outer shell.

2.  Repair the balance good shell and replace new the outer shell by proper welding.

3.  Removed Damaged Plug and Replace new plug at same position.

4.  Cast the refractory cement & Clay where required.

5.  Insert again the coil and close the boiler

Project done.
